After constantly running out of toilet paper, forgetting to pick up milk after a long day of classes, and always needing a caffeine boost to get us through the night, we wondered why we had to trek out into the concrete jungle ourselves and couldn’t get these simple products delivered straight to our apartment door. So we built a solution.

Although other services charge commission percentages, service fees, taxes, and additional mandatory delivery tips, Ordego is all about simplicity. We include a service tip to cover transaction costs, taxes, and proper tip compensation for our delivery couriers. By letting our merchants keep 100% of their in-store profit, they return the favor by paying product taxes and pass those savings along to you. Ordego collects information from IP addresses and cookies to tailor to specific to individual users and to collect data that will enhance the future website user experience. Additionally, Ordego reserves the right to use the user’s email address or phone number to convey information regarding orders, updates, or newsletters.

To place an order, enter your address on the home page. You will be brought to a page that displays all the items that you can purchase. After you add the items you want to your cart, simply sign in and check out! You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is being prepared for delivery.
The service tip is a small additional payment included to simplify the ordering experience. Rather than display a variety of extra surcharges on your order receipt such as tax, transaction costs, and courier tip, Ordego automatically bundles these factors into a single price that is added to your order.
At Ordego, we do everything we can to minimize the delivery time of your orders. Thanks to our efficient localization algorithm, Ordego is able to deliver your orders in less than 15 minutes, though this may take longer during times of particularly high demand. Consistently, Ordego exhibits faster delivery times than other available services.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail receipt when Ordego has processed your order. In the event that a confirmation e-mail is not received by the e-mail address displayed on your account information page, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your order arrives and you immediately notice that it is incorrect, the Ordego courier should correct it. In the event that there are further issues, please send an e-mail to email@example.com and we will investigate on a case-by-case basis.
